PAYROLL PROCESSING

TDS

  • Liaise with the accounts dept. to ensure that tax saving investments and supporting have been properly declared/provided by the employees and also checking the validity of documents provided.

  • Preparation & Filling of Quarterly/Annual TDS Return of Salary (Form 24Q) As per Income Tax Act 1961.

  • Generation of Form 16 & Form 12BA for individual Employees.

  • Support to Individual employees for Filling of Annual Income Tax Return.

 ESIC (EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE)

We are providing Following Services in Compliances to the Provision of Employee State Insurance Act 1948

  • Providing Day to day Consultancy on Matter Pertaining to ESI

  • Explain objectives of the ESI Scheme and to decide ESI Acts applicability.

  • If applicable then submit application to obtain ESI code number for an establishment/Labour Contractor

  • Submit all eligible employees’ personal and family details on ESI website and register them for various benefits under ESI Scheme.

  • Arrange and issue smart cards to all such eligible employees covered under ESI with the help of local ESI office

  • Guide employer as well as employees to get proper benefits available under ESI Scheme.

  • Design their compensation structure, deduct their ESI contributions and deposit along with employer’s contributions on ESI website, get challans and deposit the same in State Bank on time.

  • Submit yearly as well as half yearly ESI returns from time to time.

  • Preparation & Filling of Periodical return as may be required under ESI Act

  • Preparation & Maintain of Inspection Book, Accident Book, Form No 32, Form No 37

  • Coordinate with ESI authorities for better benefits to the employees covered under ESI Scheme.

  • Coordinate accident matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to ESI authorities.

  • Ensure timely compliance and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.

  • Replying & Stratifying Show cause Notice issued under this ESI.

PF (PROVIDENT FUND)

We are providing Following Services in Compliances to the Provision of Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952

  • Explain the objectives of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Misc. Provisions Act and Pension Scheme and guide about its applicability and benefits.

  • If applicable then submit application to obtain establishment code number.

  • Submit all eligible employees’ personal and family details by filling various forms such as Form-2, Form-11, Form-13 (revised) hard copies as well as on their website and register them for various benefits under the Scheme.

  • Arrange and issue individual account number to all such eligible employees covered under scheme and maintain Form 9.

  • Guide employer as well as employees to get proper benefits available under Scheme.

  • Support to design their compensation structure, deduct their PF contributions and deposit along with employer’s contributions on monthly basis by challans in State Bank of India on time.

  • Attend PF Officers visits and remarks and submit the written explanation if any.

  • Coordinate various matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to PF authorities.

  • Ensure retirement benefits as well as pension benefits to all eligible members on time.

  • Ensure timely compliances and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.

  • Educate and update the clients with various developments and amendments by providing transparent support.

  • Submit following returns from time to time:

  • Various forms and monthly as well as yearly returns such as: Form 5, 10 and 12-A, 3-A, 6-A, Reconciliation statement, Form 10-C, Form 10-D, Form 19, Form 20, Form 5-if, and all other forms as per the requirement of the establishment as well members.
